Main draw: With a 8-metres high wave slide and 6-storeys of active play area, kids will have endless fun exploring the maze of tunnels, bridges, slides and ball pit here.  There is also a dedicated toddler area and free admission for babies under 1 (with minimum spend of $10 at cafe)!

Main drawback: Admission Fee is on the high side.

Recommended age group: < 1 year old or > 3 years old

Main drawback: Play area is not big.  Only has active play, no pretend play.

Main draw: Unique activity-based play.  Huge variety of activites.

Main drawback: Not challenging enough for older children

Main draw: The largest variety of activities offered at any indoor playground! Lego, crafting, dressing up, face painting, electronic games, flying fox can all be found here. There is also a dedicated toddler’s play area.

Main drawback: Active play area is quite small, so not exactly the place for kids to run and climb around.

Recommended age group: > 1 year old.

Main draw: One of the pioneers of active play and that has remained their focus all these years.  Cheapest play rate at $4 for members on non-peak Mondays.

Main drawback: Not suitable for toddlers. The revampled eXplorer Kid @ Downtown East which reopend in April 2016 is quite good for toddlers.

Recommended age group: > 3 year old.

Fidgets World The Grandstand Turf City Review collage

Location: The Grandstand #03-10 | Marina Bay Sands #B1-57

Main draw: Fidgets at The Grandstand was one of the earliest indoor playgrounds in Singapore and sets the bar high for competitors! Great play areas for both older kids and toddlers at The Grandstand.  Also offers art and craft activities and baking lessons.  One of the few playgrounds to allow UNLIMITED PLAY on weekends.  Absolutely FREE for babies below 1.

Main drawback: Crazy crowded on weekends.

Recommended age group: < 1 year old and > 3 year old.

Main Draw: My Little Giant offered much more than just an indoor playground.  It was almost like a mini carnival – with games, carousel, train ride, mini excavator machines etc.

Main Drawback: Lack of activities for babies and toddlers

Main Draw:  The biggest chain of indoor playgrounds with value-for-money play passes that can be used at all outlets.  They have managed to carve a niche for themselves in this competitive indoor playground landscape – offering excellent play at reasonably prices. Each playground has dedicated toddler zone and nursing room.

Main drawback:  Can get extremely crowded and rowdy on weekends.

Royce Kids Gym Liang Court Review Collage

Location: Liang Court #02-20/21

Main draw:  Specializes in pretend play and ranked #2 for babies and young toddlers.  Largest variety of toys for the young bubs found in any indoor playground!

Main drawback:  Playground has blind corners which can make it hard to keep track of the little one.  No resting area for parents.

Gyms are places that have organized classes for babies, toddlers and children.  You will need to sign up for their classes to use their facilities.  However, they are sometimes open for free play.  You will need to call up the gyms to check when they are open for free play before heading down.

    Btw, there’s a new small play area at changi airport terminal one.. Costs six bucks for half hour (but they are pretty lax with the timing so far..)it’s situated at the viewing gallery. Great for me as it keeps my active toddler at play with a nice nursing room for my little one jus by the side. pretty small but with slides. And a small trampoline. Crowded on weekends.

    PizItalia at East Coast Seafood Centre has a small play gym to keep kids entertained. We also saw the staff entertaining kids with pizza making activities on one weekend.

    hi, great list, really a good job!

    may i add some outdoorplaygrounds on the list, which are with no admission.

    1) tiong bahru park, next to tiong bahru plaza for food and mrt station
    cool train for climbing with 4 slides, swings, sand aerea and some shadow

    2) angmo kio park, you need a car or cab, snack bar to be open soon
    cool and unique climbing area, cool slides and lots of sand to play. waterplay aerea is open on we only but fantastic and unique.
