Fun with Trick Art @ Art in Paradise Pattaya

Fun at Art in Paradise, a trick art museum in Pattaya - Bumble Bee Mum

I have often mentioned on the blog how much our family LOVES trick art.   Since our first visit to Jeju Trick Art Museum back in 2011, I have always tried to pop into a trick art museum when I come across one.

After visiting trick art museums in Korea, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore, the boys were no strangers to trick art.

The moment we arrived at Art in Paradise Pattaya, they knew exactly what to do, running from picture to picture to pose as best as they could!  And I have to say, their acting has always been pretty good when it comes to posing for trick art.

Art in Paradise Pattaya was one of the best trick art museums we have been to.   Firstly, admission was insanely cheap.  Our Art in Paradise Pattaya tickets from Klook only cost SGD6 per pax!  And children under 100cm could enter free!

Secondly, it was pretty big despite the cheap admission fee.   There were soooo many photo ops throughout Art in Paradise Pattaya, we didn’t bother taking photos of everything.  The kids just ran around and took photos with the ones they fancied.   And even then we spent a good whole 2 hours there.

Thirdly, there were pictures that were unique to the country and city we were in.   Just like when we visited the Tokyo Trick Art Museum, where we found a section with ninjas, we found pictures from various parts of Thailand here.  Like this wall covered with the ruins of Ayutthaya.

Fourthly, they had this great system for depositing your shoes at the entrance and you can pick up your shoes at the exit.  I have had to carry my shoes in a plastic bag throughout my visit at trick art museums before.  So to me, this worked much better.

Fifthly, I like their sense of humour.  Check out this Gangnam Style picture.  We had such a good laugh as the boys danced along with it!

Before we visited, I read some reviews on TripAdvisor that complained of crowds.  It would be a huge turn-off to visit trick art museums and have to queue or fight with crowds to take photos.  But when we were there on a weekday, we got lucky and there was no crowd at all!

Even if, like us, you have been to several trick art museums before,  I do recommend visiting Art in Paradise Pattaya.   Considering the price we paid and the sheer number of exhibits available, it was easily the most value-for-money trick art museum we have been to so far.

There is no better way to show you the fun and awesomeness of a trick art museum than with photos.  Lots of photos! Hahaha… So here’s a gallery of some of the photos we took at Art in Paradise Pattaya.  Hope you have a good laugh over them!
